Kodak Z1085 IS is another one of Kodak’s EasyShare camera series (as denoted by IS at the end of its designated name). The cameras in this line allow users to take stunning pictures with their high ISO set up to 8,000 and 5x optical zoom with image stabilization feature. Quality prints can be achieved with each camera’s resolution set at 10.0 MP. It allows the capturing of high definition (HD) photos in 16:9 formats which can be viewed through an HDTV and other HD devices.
Other features of the model include Smart Capture (packaged as intelligent scene detection, capture control and image processing for that automatic control and adjustments based on the environmental and lighting conditions); Panorama stitch mode which allows users to collage three photos as one; histogram feature which allows determining of the photo’s exposure. Aside from its on-camera’s editing features such as the face detection technology, it also allows users to do more after taking the shots with its multimedia features which allows users to view the images in a multimedia slide show along with effects and tunes.
